I had a different mini bang planned for today, but sometimes the universe has other ideas. This morning, during my journaling practice, I received what felt like a download about surrender—what it truly means to let go of our tight grip on controlling life's outcomes. This isn't about giving up our desires or goals, but rather releasing our attachment to arranging exactly how we reach them. The truth is, when we step into nature's design (or God's, universe's, source's—whatever resonates with you), we begin living in a flow state that feels both effortless and deeply aligned. In today's episode, I'm sharing this intimate reflection on how surrender becomes the pathway to our most natural state of wholeness, healing, and bliss.
